CEO
Hugo Garcia is the CEO and owner of Hugo Fire & Water Restoration, LLC, a locally and Hispanic-owned 24/7 emergency restoration company based in St. Cloud, Florida and serving Central Florida.
Hugo Garcia was born in Honduras and experienced loss very early in life. His father died when Hugo was six months old, and his mother died when he was ten. Those facts are part of his story, but they are not the whole story.
At thirteen, Hugo moved to Indiana to live with his uncle, a quadriplegic business owner who ran his company from a wheelchair. That example gave Hugo a practical view of discipline, ownership, and what it means to keep moving when life is difficult.
At seventeen, Hugo entered foster care. He graduated high school, earned U.S. citizenship, and kept building the habits that would later shape his work: responsibility, humility, persistence, and follow-through.
The lesson he carried from his uncle was direct: limitations do not remove responsibility, and hard circumstances do not excuse poor service.
Hugo started a food truck with his brother and helped grow it into a restaurant. That experience taught him customer service, long hours, cash-flow pressure, staffing, and the urgency that comes with serving people directly.
He later built experience as an AT&T sales professional, moved into management, and eventually relocated to Florida. Those roles strengthened his communication, leadership, and operating discipline.
Hugo understood what it feels like when life changes unexpectedly. Restoration became more than a business opportunity. It became a way to help families and businesses regain stability after water, fire, mold, storm, decontamination, or roof leak emergencies.
He entered the restoration industry, gained hands-on field experience, and saw how much customers depend on urgency, clarity, and professional documentation when a property emergency interrupts daily life.
Hugo founded Hugo Fire & Water Restoration in 2024 and based the company in St. Cloud, Florida. The service standard is clear: respond fast, communicate plainly, protect the property, document the damage, and treat every project like people are depending on it.
That is the story behind the standard. The company serves Central Florida with 24/7 emergency help, restoration planning, and insurance documentation support.
A strong restoration experience starts with clear communication and respect for the property owner's situation. Customers should expect straight answers, safe first-step guidance, careful documentation, and a restoration plan that focuses on the damage in front of them. Whether the request involves water damage, fire cleanup, mold remediation, storm exposure, board-up, or roof tarping, the goal is to help people make informed decisions during a stressful moment.
Emergency restoration starts with urgency, safety, and a clear request path.
Customers deserve plain language, next steps, and honest expectations.
Mitigation, tarping, board-up, containment, and source control help limit additional damage.
Photos, notes, readings, and scope organization help support insurance documentation.
The work is treated as a responsibility to the property and the people affected by the damage.
The goal is to bring structure and stability back to a difficult situation.
